Eric has been with Sexton Group since 2015 and has held positions of increasing responsibility and complexity allowing him to develop into a capable, respected and forward‐thinking leader. Eric brings with him 10 years of prior experience, including 8 years at JELD‐WEN Canada where he held progressive roles in marketing and sales management.

John comes to Sexton with over 30 years of procurement, marketing, management and retail operations experience in a variety of roles across Canada. John has also enjoyed advocating for different businesses as the President of a local Chamber of Commerce for many years. Throughout his career, John has always focused on the development and growth of others which has contributed to his own success.

Suzanne joined Sexton Group in 2017, bringing with her over 10 years of experience in the building products industry in various sales roles. She’s worked with a broad range of stakeholders, including architects, developers, contractors and retailers, giving her a unique perspective that she enthusiastically shares with Sexton members and prospects. Suzanne is driven by her passion for the building product industry and a thirst to learn more.

I’m thrilled to bring over a decade of construction experience to the benefit of our vendor partners and members. I started my career as a carpenter myself, and I’m able to put myself in our customers' shoes, and I truly understand their day-to-day needs. In addition, business development is one of my passions, and I will work closely with our members to foster a results-driven approach.
Tristant brings a solid 10 years of experience in sales and over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. He spent the last six years working for a subsidiary of one of Canada's largest aluminum and vinyl siding companies. Managing the province of Quebec and Eastern Ontario, he was instrumental in their success and developed a profound understanding of the market.

I enjoy connecting with our members in all aspects of their business. I especially enjoy running Customer Service Training Seminars for them that enhances sales and margin, plus speaks directly to the overall effects of quality customer service, including loss prevention.
Dave has been with the Sexton Group since 2011 and has developed strong relationships with members and suppliers in the industry. He has over 16 years of experience working in the building supply industry and has extensive knowledge of retail and sales training, which he is passionate about sharing with our members.

Frank joined the Sexton Group in 2007 and has been in the building materials industry for over 35 years. He graduated from the University of Victoria with a degree in Economics and started with Mac Millan Bloedel shortly after graduation. In 1999, he became the BC Regional Manager for Weyerhauser Distribution.

Don has been in the building supply industry for over 25 years and has held a variety of roles ranging from truck driver with Home Hardware to President of Turkstra Lumber Company in Southern Ontario. Don has significant negotiation and buying group experience. During his time with Turkstra, he was very active with the ILDC group, where he was voted into the role of Vice President and Treasurer. In addition to his commodity negotiation responsibilities with Turkstra, Don chaired many national ILDC negotiation committees, including pressure treated, engineered wood and truss components.

I’m involved in the engineered wood and pressure treated programs to deliver the best prices for our members. I get great satisfaction when the advice I give to our members saves them money.
Mike has been part of the Sexton team since 2018, bringing with him over 35 years of experience in purchasing and/or wholesaling lumber OSB and plywood. He facilitates the purchase of these three items for Sexton members, mainly in Eastern Canada. Mike helped coordinate Sexton to buy directly from about 99% of all eastern lumber and OSB mills and western plywood mills, allowing our members to save their money.
