Big manufacturing companies have big growth strategies, and their focus can be fractured into many different foreign markets. We’ve seen significant consolidation of suppliers across North America. This means that there are fewer suppliers in number, and they are often massive in scale. Many have foreign ownership and decisions are made distant from our market. Our focus is entirely on the Canadian market which is a key to our success. We monitor the market closely and analyze the data to anticipate emerging trends that impact pricing, which provide us the ability to negotiate strong programs that fit our members’ regional needs.
This gives our members a competitive advantage.
